  • 1 scoop Moon Juice Protein
  • 4 ounces fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 4 ounces organic coconut water
  • ½ organic pear
  • 1 handful frozen mango
  • 2 handfuls fresh cilantro
  • 2 bunches of baby bok choy leaves or 2-3 handfuls spinach/kale
  • ⅓ lemon, peeled
  • 1 thumb ginger
  • Optional: 1 date, pitted
