Our meal prep service, workshops, and private events make Glow a multifunctional space that blends nourishment with lifestyle — and our team is at the heart of it all.

Requirements & Preferences

While experience is valued, we welcome quick learners with a passion for food and hospitality. We provide training and a supportive learning environment for the right candidates.

Ideal applicants will have:

  • ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Louisiana ABO card for wine/cocktail service

  • Basic knife skills and comfort in a kitchen setting

  • An interest in clean, seasonal food

  • Familiarity with wine and/or craft cocktails

  • Excellent communication and a team-first mindset

Are you the warm, welcoming face people remember — and come back for?

Glow Alchemy Kitchen is looking for a daytime front-of-house team member (aka a Glow Girl or Guy) to join our small, passionate crew. If you love great coffee, nourishing food, and creating an elevated guest experience, this might be your moment.

About the Role:

This is a multifaceted daytime position with a little bit of everything:

  • Making beautiful coffee drinks and smoothies (bonus points if you’re creative!)

  • Greeting guests with warmth and confidence

  • Running the register + handling POS

  • Light table service + wine pouring

  • Upselling grab-and-go offerings and meal prep

  • Learning about wellness through food and supporting our mission to nourish and glow from within

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone who’s outgoing, presentable, and service-minded

  • A natural multitasker who loves being in motion

  • Bonus: barista or smoothie bar experience

  • Bonus: Louisiana ABO card + knowledge of wine

  • Most importantly: a sunny, team-first attitude and a love for helping people feel good

Hours & Availability:

Part-time daytime availability, Tuesday–Friday between 9:00–3:00, with occasional Monday support for meal prep or events.

***Wine Bar Lead | Cocktail + Hospitality Curator***

(We’re not big on titles — but we are big on leadership and great taste.)

You might be perfect for this role if you:

  • Are passionate about wine and cocktails, and love curating beautiful, bespoke drink menus

  • Can lead the wine bar vibe during evening service (Thursday–Saturday) with grace and attention to detail

  • Have strong hospitality instincts — able to jump in and serve, prep, plate, or host as needed

  • Love being part of a small, growing team and helping shape the guest experience

This is a great role for someone who has bar or service experience but wants to bring it into a boutique, wellness-inspired setting. Think: less dive bar, more Napa tasting room with matcha, lavender bitters, and good energy.
